Costing

You will be informed of the freight cost for your order at the time of order. This will be outlined on the invoice. 

Courier Service Provider 

You will be informed of the estimated delivery time for your order at the time of your order. Kustom Graphx will aim to send your orders with Australia Post or a reliable, cost-effective courier service provider. Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of the courier and/or postal service. Kustom Graphx are not liable for any errors made by these services. Once you have received your parcel, please open it with care. We cannot be liable for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.

Delivery Times

Due to sending your order via third-party courier service providers, Kustom Graphx have no control of your order once the order leaves the Kustom Graphx warehouse. Therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
